IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUTTattoo Deposits, Minors, Cancellations and Refunds
When getting a tattoo, it’s important to understand the policies surrounding deposits, minors, cancellations, and refunds. Please, do your research and ask any questions you may have before getting a tattoo or piercing to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience with us. At Frontier Tattoo Company, we are happy to answer any questions you may have and provide you with all the information you need to make an informed decision about your tattoo or piercing.
Our deposit schedule is:
- One hour or less: $50 deposit
- More than one hour: $100 deposit.
- Deposits MUST be paid when making appointment.
- Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits come off the final price of your tattoo.
No call/no show deposits are given to the artist to make up for their drawing time and the hit they take from not making a commission. The shop makes no money on no call/no show deposits.
A 24 hour notice is needed for a reschedule. If you reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will lose your deposit. You may reschedule your appointment ONCE without losing your deposit.
If the artist you were working with is no longer here at FTC, we will put you with another artist and carry your deposit over to that artist. You WILL have a say in which artist you want to work with.

We pierce ages 14 and up.
Minors are required to have a custodial parent present as well as some form of ID. If minor’s last name is different from parent’s, ID requirements are more extensive. Please call us at 480.987.4728 or Contact Us to inquire about forms of ID necessary for piercing minors. We do most types of piercings on minors, however, we will not perform genital or nipple piercings on anyone under 18.
We do children’s earlobe piercings ages 5 to 13! Birth certificate and parent ID required.

A 24 Hour Appointment Cancellation Notice is required or you will lose your deposit and be required to place a new deposit to reschedule. Once again, a few bad apples have ruined something we used to be flexible with. Our apologies to those who have been thoughtful in regards to rescheduling.
While we do understand that sometimes emergencies happen, we are a small business that counts on people who schedule appointments to actually show up for their appointments. Deposits are given in full to the artist who the client was scheduled with to make up for at least some of the time they spent drawing and to make up for at least part of the commission they lost by having a last minute cancellation/no show.
NO REFUNDS! PERIOD.
A photo ID is required for ALL tattoos and piercings.
